You'll also need to grant Accessibility access so Logic Commander can send keyboard shortcuts to Logic Pro:

  1. Open System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility
  2. Click the + button
  3. Navigate to Logic Commander and add it

Troubleshooting

Commands aren't working

If Logic Commander hears you but commands have no effect:

  1. Make sure Logic Pro is running and is the frontmost application.
  2. Check that Accessibility permission is granted in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility.
  3. Try toggling the Accessibility permission off and back on.

Tip: If you've updated Logic Commander, you may need to re-grant Accessibility permission because the app signature changes.

If Logic Commander doesn't respond to "Hey Logic":

Keeps triggering on playback

If your recorded voice re-triggers commands during playback, echo suppression should handle this automatically. If it persists:

Voice control stops unexpectedly
